Jeanne and her husband, Greg Vinal, started Vinal & Vinal, P.C. in 1994 after spending five years working at two local firms. Jeanne and Greg are members of St. Benedict’s Parish. Jeanne and Greg have been married for 39 years and they have four adult children, Lizzy, Gregory, Jr., Frederic and Sarah, each successful in their own right.
Jeanne’s drive to help people is credited to her roots. She was born and raised in East Buffalo, the fifth of six children in a home filled with happiness and love, but not without hardships. Jeanne's father, Fred Vezina, was a brilliant and brave man (MIT grad and 82nd Airborne during WWII). Her parents, then new to Buffalo, had three kids then, aged 4, 2, and 1. The 4 year old child contracted Polio and was paralyzed. Just months later, the vaccine came out but there were limited quantities, and people over 30 could not get it. Her father thought since he was 29, why not save the vaccine for a child. However, he contracted polio just weeks after the vaccine was available. He was hospitalized for two years and came out in a wheelchair, told he'd live only a year. Due to the love and care of Jeanne's mom, Rita, he lived 38 more years and had three more children, including Jeanne. Fred and Rita ran a business together, on East Delavan and everyone worked hard together to keep the bills paid and food on the table. It was not always easy, but gave Jeanne and her siblings a deep appreciation for the help they received and the chances they had.
One of our paralegals who worked with us for 20 years always said to clients, "Jeanne has you covered like a blanket."

Nadine Biasillo, J.D.
ADMISSION PENDING. NO-FAULT PARALEGAL
Nadine is a recent law school graduate who passed the bar and is pending admission to New York State. She joined the firm in August 2025. At Vinal & Vinal, her practice focuses on no-fault arbitration for lost wages and provider’s medical claims.
-
Nadine is from the Western New York region. She attended the University at Buffalo for undergraduate studies and completed a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Legal Studies. Nadine graduated from Western Michigan University, Cooley School of Law with her juris doctorate degree in 2022.
Nadine worked as a paralegal in small and large law firms locally after graduating college. But when her husband decided to attend chiropractic school in Atlanta, she worked for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) in Atlanta, GA, a division of the FDIC, which was tasked with liquidating assets of the failed banks as part of the savings and loan bailout.
Her eldest son was born in Atlanta, GA and that is when the family decided to return to Western New York so that their son could know and love his grandparents. Her son was shortly joined by two brothers.
During that time, she helped her husband open his chiropractic practice. She managed and ran his practice while raising her family. She handled all of the medical billing for the practice, including Workers’ Compensation and No-Fault claims. She saw first-hand how patients struggle through the insurance process to obtain medical treatment that they needed and the loss of wages after suffering injuries. This inspired her to return to law school to find a way that she could help.
She attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, Lansing, MI through their weekend program allowing her to still be hands-on in her children’s lives and manage her husband’s practice.
Throughout the years, Nadine has volunteered at several local charities and children’s sporting organizations. Most recently, she did pro bono work assisting with evictions for housing clinics in western New York.
At Vinal & Vinal, Nadine looks forward to transitioning from a paralegal role to an associate attorney. Outside of work, Nadine enjoys spinning, Pilates, walking dogs, and spending time with her family.

Outside of the office, Molly is an avid gymgoer and runner. She goes to the gym and runs a mile daily (except on weekends- everyone needs their rest). She also loves to read and listen to music.
